三种EIT算法重建图像评价的仿真研究
Simulation Study of Reconstruction Image Evaluation by 3 EIT Algorithms
【摘要】 目的:针对不同的电阻抗断层成像(EIT)图像重建算法,建立客观有效的评价方法。方法:采用等位线反投影法、Landweber预迭代法和Tikhonov正则化算法,对不同深度位置的目标仿真成像。引入图像重建质量函数D和结构偏离度SSIM,评价3种算法。结果:成像目标由场域中心向边缘移动时,3种算法的图像重建质量函数D的数值随着目标的移动而减小,结构偏离度SSIM的值逐渐增大。结论:图像重建质量和结构偏离度函数是适合EIT图像特征且客观、有效的EIT图像效果评价工具,能很好地反映出图像信息和不同成像算法的差异。
【Abstract】 Objective To establish impersonal and effective evaluation method for different reconstruction algorithms of Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT). Methods Simulation studies of imaging targets of different depths were carried out with equipotential lines backprojection algorithm, Landweber pre-iteration algorithm and Tikhonov regularization algorithm. Reconstruction Quality Function D and Structure Deviation Degree SSIM were adopted to evaluate the three algorithms. Results With the movement of the target from the centre to the edge of the model field, the value of Reconstruction Quality Function D of 3 EIT algorithms decreased and the value of the Structure Deviation Degree SSIM of 3 EIT algorithms increased. Conclusion Reconstruction Quality Function and Structure Deviation Degree are impersonal, effective evaluation methods and adaptive for the image characteristic of EIT. It is showed that they commendably reflect the image information and the difference between different algorithms.
