磁共振VIBRANT技术在乳腺疾病诊断中的应用

【摘要】 目的:探讨VIBRANT技术在乳腺疾病诊断中的应用。方法:对11例乳腺疾病患者行常规MR平扫后,应用VIBRANT技术进行动态增强成像。结果:11例应用VIBRANT技术进行乳腺动态增强检查的图象,压脂均匀,分辨率高;经减影后的图象病灶显示更为清晰。经FUNCTOOL软件处理,均获得良好的时间-信号强度曲线。其中浸润性导管癌3例,不典型增生2例,乳腺增生、腺瘤2例,表现为巨乳的双侧乳腺纤维腺瘤1例,其余3例未手术。结论:应用VIBRANT技术,较传统动态增强检查具有明显优势,即1次注射对比剂、1次扫描,可以获得兼顾高信噪比和高分辨率的双侧乳腺成像。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the application of magnetic resonance VIBRANT technology in diagnosis of breast disease.Methods A total of 11 patients suspected of breast diseases underwent the magnetic resonance regular examination,and then performed contrast enhanced dynamic scan with VIBRANT technology after injected contrast agent.Results For 11 cases,except 3 were follow-up without operation,3 cases were invasive ductal carcinoma,2 were atypical hyperplasia,2 were hyperplasia and adenoma,1was fibroadenoma with bilateralbreast.Conclusion One injection,one scan,the technology of Magnetic Resonance VIBRANT is superiorty in diagnosis of breast diseases than regular contrast enhanced dynamic examination.
