【摘要】 股田制自产生以来一直处在取舍选择的争议之中,2008年重庆股田制改革被叫停又加剧了这一争议。文章从分析股田制的产生动因入手,通过划分股田制的三种层级态势,对该制度在我国的适用提出建议,主张对于股田制的取舍选择应从各层级特点和适用条件分别考量,健全各项配套制度,分层实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The land-stock mode has been in controversy since it appeared,which has been increased after the reform of Chongqing was stopped in 2008.The thesis starts with analyzing the reason of the rise of land-stock mode,then makes several suggestions about the application of the reform in China,by dividing the land-stock mode into three level states.So the mode trade-offs should be considered at all level states of the characteristics and application conditions,and applied with related system.更多还原
