纤维增强聚合物对中密度纤维板的增强效果
The Mechanical Properties of FRP/MDF Composites
【摘要】 采用碳纤维布和玻璃纤维布与中密度纤维板复合,研究纤维布种类、胶粘剂品种、涂胶量及纤维板基材厚度等因素对纤维增强聚合物/MDF复合板性能的影响。结果表明:对于复合板静曲强度和弹性模量的提高,碳纤维布的效果优于玻璃纤维布;酚醛胶单面涂胶量为180 g/m2时,复合板的MOR、MOE和IB分别达到3 633.8、62.5、1.046MPa;环氧胶单面涂胶量为120 g/m2时,复合板的MOR和MOE分别为3 900.5、49.58MPa;中密度纤维板厚度不同,其静曲强度和弹性模量提高量也不同,FRP对薄板的增强效果优于厚板。
【Abstract】 The medium density fibreboard(MDF) was reinforced with the GFRP or CFRP,and the effect of FRP type,the variety and dosage of adhesive,the thickness of fiberboard on mechanical properties of FRP/MDF composites were studied.The results showed that the CFRP was better than the GFRP in improving the mechanical properties of MDF;the MOR,MOE and IB of FRP/MDF composites reached 3 633.8 MPa,62.5 MPa and 1.046 MPa when the dosage of PF adhesive was 180 g/m2.Whereas the MOR and MOE of the FRP/MDF composites reached 3 900.5 MPa,and 49.58 MPa respectively when the dosage of Epoxy adhesive was 120 g/m2.The static bending intensity and the increment of plastic quantum of the FRP/MDF composites were influenced by the thickness of MDF,the reinforcement effect of FRP on the thin MDF was superior to that of on the thick MDF.
