【摘要】 对江西省吉水县芦溪岭林场用实生苗营造的东京野茉莉人工林,3～5年生时林木的种子产量及种子油的食用价值进行了研究。结果表明:该东京野茉莉人工林造林第二年林木开始结果,3年生单株种子产量最大可达2～2.5 kg;5年生时因林分郁闭结果枝减少,单株种子平均产量降为1.05 kg。其生产性的种子出油率达21%。东京野茉莉种子油含有丰富的营养成分,其所含的脂肪酸中,不饱和脂肪酸总量高达85.4%,可以作为优质食用油。是优良的木本油料树种。更多还原

【Abstract】 We investigated the seed production of Styrax tonkinensis from 3～5 year old plantation and the seeds’edible value in Luxuling Forest Farm in Jiangxi Province.It showed that the tree of Styrax tonkinensis may begin to fruit after planted in 2 years.The seed production in the third year of plantation reached av.2～2.5 kg per tree;owning to stands’closure after 5 years of that,its seed production reduced to av.1.05 kg per tree.The commercial seeds might produce oil at 21% of weight.The oil from seeds of Styrax tonkinensis comprise rich nutrition;of its fatty acids,the total content of unsaturated fatty acid reached as high as 85.4%.Thus we considered this tree was a good candidate for excellent edible oil producer.更多还原
