木薯淀粉-丙烯酰胺共聚物对污水的絮凝效果
Study on Performance of A New Lab-made Flocculant CASSAVA Starch and Acrylamide Graft Copolymer
【摘要】 实验室自制木薯淀粉-丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物(CSAAGC)作为絮凝剂处理不同来源污水。探讨了CSAAGC加入量、污水pH及絮凝时间对絮凝效果的影响。结果显示,CSAAGC的pH使用范围为3.0~10.0;对模拟污水的浊度去除率达97%;对滇池水的浊度去除率达84%;对泥浆悬浊液的30 m in浊度去除率达59%;对生活污水的浊度去除率为82%。同时测定了处理前后滇池水及生活污水的CODC r值,对滇池水CODC r去除率47.4%;对生活污水的CODC r去除率为56.4%。
【Abstract】 Lab-made CSAAGC has been used to treat different kind of waste water.The feeding amount of CSAAGC,pH value and flocculating time have been discussed.The result showed that as a kind of flocculant,CSAAGC is effective and can be used in a range of pH 3.0~10.0.The removal rate of turbidity reached 97% in the treatment of kaolin suspension;84% in the treatment of Dian Lake water sample;82% in the treatment of domestic sewage;59% in the treatment of slush suspension.At the same time,the CSAAGC can decrease the content of CODCr,the CODCr in Dian Lake water sample from 76mg/L to 40 mg/L and the content of CODCr in domestic effluent decreased from 440mg/L to 192mg/L.CSAAGC is a kind of environment friendly flocculant and would be used in treating water in the future.
