【Abstract】 Drain on State-owned assets offence is not a crime stipulated in the Criminal Code of China,but it is a kind of offence which targets on state-owned assets and drain them in economic crimes of China.This type of crime has special characteristics and trends,and also presents features not consistent with the other economic crimes.To fight against and prevent it,laws and regulations have to be improved,and criminal,civil and administrative legal powers have to be integrated.更多还原
