【摘要】 在贯彻执行《禁毒法》过程中,腾冲县荷花傣族佤族民族乡率先在全县范围内开展社区戒毒和社区康复试点工作,乡党委、政府高度重视禁吸戒毒工作,迅速反应,积极行动;创造条件,为戒毒工作的开展做好各方面保障;对民族乡社会帮教模式的禁吸戒毒资源进行有效转换,已形成了具有当地特点的社区戒毒、社区康复工作模式。但在戒毒工作措施、信息收集、工作人员的专业性及戒毒环境等方面还有待建设。应强化社区建设和社区康复基础工作专业化、保障的专门化、工作措施和流程的规范化、运行的有序化建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the implement of Law on Narcotics Control,Dai and Wa Minority Township of Tengchong County takes a leading role in developing community drug detoxification and rehabilitation.Township Party committee and government attach great importance to it and take action immediately.They make attempt to prepare for this work in every aspect,and adopt to social assistance,making this community mode a distinctive one.In spite of its successful establishment,there are more works to be improve,such as specific measures’ information collection,staff proficiency and detoxification environment.It is time to strengthen community construction and professional community-based rehabilitation,as well as specialized security,working measures,standardized processes,and orderly operation.更多还原
