【摘要】 新《律师法》在律师的会见权、阅卷权与调查取证权三个方面做了很大修改,对解决律师执业中的"三难"问题具有重要意义,但同时对公安刑事侦查工作带来了很大挑战。公安机关应当主动适应新《律师法》的要求,强化证据意识,提高公安机关侦查人员对证据的收集、固定和分析能力,加强与检察机关、司法行政机关、宣传部门及律师的交流与合作,以求更有效地履行其职责。更多还原

【Abstract】 Law on Lawyers(new) has made considerable amendments in lawyer’s meeting right,the right of going over examination papers and obtaining evidence,which matters a lot to resolve lawyers’ "three troubles".On the other hand,it leads to great challenges for public security’s criminal investigation.Therefore,public security organs should keep the pace with the law of the new version,strengthen evidence-consciousness,and improve investigators’ capability of collecting,reserving and analyzing evidence.It is also indispensable to work with procuratorial organ,judicial administrative organ,propaganda department and lawyers for seeking an efficient implementation.更多还原
