【摘要】 目的观察辨证应用芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效、安全性及对血浆NT-proBNP水平的影响。方法120例患者随机分3组,A组40例为辨病辨证结合治疗组,B组40例为辨病治疗组,C组40例为常规西药治疗组。A组在辨病基础上辨证加用芪苈强心胶囊,B组辨病加用芪苈强心胶囊,C组单用西药;疗程8周。观察血浆NT-proBNP水平、心功能分级、左室射血分数(LVEF)、中医证候疗效指标及安全性指标。结果3组治疗后心功能分级、LVEF、中医证候积分明显改善,血浆NT-proBNP水平明显下降;A组心功能分级、LVEF、中医证候积分改善和NT-proBNP水平下降均优于B、C组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗后各组未见不良反应。结论芪苈强心胶囊对血浆NT-proBNP水平的抑制可能是其发挥治疗作用的机制之一。在辨病基础上辨证运用芪苈强心胶囊可提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule on chronic heart failure, plasma NT-proBNP level,and safety.Methods There were 120 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into three groups.The patients in group A(n = 40) were treated with routine western medicine plus Qiliqiangxin capsule,by means of combination of diseases differentiation and syndromes differentiation.The patients in group B(n =40) were treated with routine western medicine and Qiliqiangxin capsule according to the result of diseases differentiation.The patients in group C were treated with routine western medicine(n =40).The plasma NT-proBNP level,heart function grading,left ventricle ejection fraction(LVEF),traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and parameters of safety were observed and compared after treatment(8 weeks).Results The effective rates for the heart function grading,traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,LVEF and plasma NT-proBNP level in group A were better than those in the group B and C.There was a statistical significant difference between three groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01).No adverse effect was found in the treatment group.Conclusion It demonstrated that Qiliqiangxin capsule could play its role by depressing the level of NT-proBNP,and could obtain belter therapeutic effect on chronic heart failure by means of syndromes differentiation.更多还原
