解淀粉芽孢杆菌B9601-Y2提高玉米生长和产量的效应

【摘要】 采用促进植物生长的解淀粉芽孢杆菌B9601-Y2拌、浸玉米种子和浇灌土壤后均能显著提高玉米生长速度和生物量。3×101~3×105 cfu/mL浓度菌液浸泡玉米种子1 h,播种后5 d苗高比对照(清水)提高119.88%~168.85%;浸种2 h,3×104 cfu/mL和3×105 cfu/mL处理则有抑制作用。采用1.6×108、6.2×107、3.9×107 cfu/mL菌液浇灌土壤,播种后7 d苗重比对照增加20.75%、27.36%和33.96%。以3.9×107~1.6×108 cfu/mL浓度菌液拌种处理,15 d苗龄的植株重量比对照增加4.03%~29.35%,在收获期株高增加6.00%~16.29%,产量增加5.76%~11.81%。高浓度处理促生长效果不如中浓度处理。

【Abstract】 Bacillus amyloliquefaciens B9601-Y2,a plant growth promoting rhizobacterium,could increase growth speed and biomass of maize significantly by coating and submerging seed and dripping soil before sowing.The concentrations of 3×101-3×105 cfu/mL increased 119.88%-168.85% of height of 5-day-old seedling by submerging seed for 1 hour compared to the water control,3×104 cfu/mL and 3×105 cfu/mL.However,repressed significantly seedling growth by submerging for 2 hours.By dripping soil 1.6×108 cfu/mL,6.2×107 cfu/mL and 3.9×107 cfu/mL increased 20.75%,27.36% and 33.96% of fresh weight of 7-day-old seedling.By coating seed,3.9×107-1.6×108 cfu/mL increased 4.03%-29.35% fresh weight at 15 days and 6.00%-16.29% plant weight and 5.76%-11.81% maize yield at harvest.The highest concentration showed lower promotion than the moderate one.
