施钾量对甜玉米穗位叶蔗糖合成的影响

【摘要】 试验以甜玉米东甜3号、东甜4号为材料,研究钾素用量对甜玉米穗位叶蔗糖形成积累的影响。结果表明,吐丝后穗位叶蔗糖含量呈逐渐下降趋势,两个品种均以施钾肥150kg/hm2处理蔗糖含量最高,不施钾肥最低;穗位叶蔗糖磷酸合成酶活性变化与蔗糖含量变化一致;蔗糖合成酶(合成)活性呈单峰曲线变化,峰值出现的时期因品种而异,不同钾肥处理间酶活性高低不同。

【Abstract】 Dongtian3 and Dongtian4 were used to study the effects of potassium application on sucrose synthesis and accumulation in leaf located near the ear of sweet maize.The results showed that the content of sucrose in spike leaf fell gradually after spinning,the tested varieties showed peak value at the level of K150,the lowest was K0.The changes of SPS activity in ear leaf were similarly to the content of sucrose,but the SS(synthesis)activity appeared with single peak curve,the peak period varies by the species,the activities were difference under the different potassium treatments.
