一种新型温控系统在胰岛干细胞分离中的应用
Application of the Temperature Control System to Islet Stem Cell Separation Based on the Varied Temperature of Semiconductor
【摘要】 基于半导体变温的温度控制系统应用于胰岛干细胞分离,探索胰岛干细胞分离过程温度精密控制对胰岛干细胞分离效果的影响。温度控制系统利用热电冷却器的快速调温功能,并利用单片机调节PID参数,从而实现对目标温度的调控。采用雄性Balb/c小鼠作为供体分离胰岛,比较不同的胰岛分离过程温度控制方式得到的胰岛的效果差异。本温度控制系统应用后,每只小鼠胰腺分离纯化后收获量为(109±32)IEQ,胰岛纯度为96.2%±1.9%。
【Abstract】 Temperature control system,based on the varied temperature of semiconductor and applied to islet stem cell separation,are utilized to explore the effect,which is caused by process of precise temperature control of islet stem cells,on the impact of islet stem cell separation.With the utilization of the fast tempering function of the thermoelectric cooler and the Single-chip Microcomputer adjusting PID parameters,temperature control systems are used to achieve the regulation of the target temperature.Male Balb/c mice were used as the donors to separate islet,and we could compare the different effects of diverse temperature control methods in the procedures of the islet separations.As a result of the application of the temperature control systems,pancreas were purified with a harvest of(109±32) IEQ and the islet purity of 96.2±1.9% of each mouse.
