【摘要】 某石化公司DCC装置烟机进口管道法兰上的DN900金属波齿复合垫片在开车过程中断裂并泄漏。经过宏观检查,力学性能测试,应力计算,能谱、金相、电镜分析,表明其失效原因是波齿复合垫片骨架材料存在孔洞缺陷和氧化物夹杂。针对失效原因提出了今后使用过程中应采取的防护措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The DN900 wave-serrated metal gasket on the import flue gas pipe’s flang of DCC device in a petrochemical company happened to rupture and leak when it was starting the process.After macroscop-ic inspection,mechanical testing,and spectroscopy,microscopy,electron microscopy,stress analysis,the results show that the main failure reason is that there are rolling inner defects and oxide inclusions in the gasket frame.Finally,some prevention measure were proposed.更多还原
