304不锈钢在高温环烷酸中的腐蚀研究
Corrosion Research of 304 Stainless Steel in High Temperature Naphthenic Acid
【摘要】 采用自制的高温搅拌釜装置进行环烷酸模拟试验研究,以变压器油和精制环烷酸混合物作为模拟环烷酸的试验介质,通过调整不同酸值(0.3~15 mgKOH/g)、不同温度(220~320℃)和不同流速(0.6~3.5 m/s)的范围,对304不锈钢进行腐蚀速率的测试。结果表明,304不锈钢的腐蚀速率与总酸值没有确定关系,只与强腐蚀性环烷酸含量有关;与温度的变化关系是随着温度的升高而增大;与流速也呈线性递增的关系。
【Abstract】 Based in high temperature autoclave,the corrosion behavior of 304 stainless steel in different total acid number(TAN) range(0.3~15 mgKOH/g),different temperature(220~320 ℃),and different velocity(0.6~3.5 m/s) are studied,with the mixture of transformer oil and purificatory naphthenic acid.Test results indicate that the corrosion rate has no definite relationship with TAN,but it rises with contents of the highly corrosive naphthenic acid.Then the corrosion rate rises as the temperature increased.And we also know that naphthenic acid corrosion(NAC) rate of 304 stainless steel increases linearly with the fluid velocity.
