【摘要】 目的通过检测色素上皮细胞衍生因子(PEDF)在门静脉高压性胃病(PHG)大鼠胃黏膜中的表达探讨其对PHG作用。方法通过门静脉部分缩窄方法制备PHG大鼠模型,并设立假手术组(SO)作为对照,术后第14d测量门静脉压力;免疫组化法检测PEDF及CD34在大鼠胃黏膜中的表达,并对胃黏膜中CD34阳性血管进行微血管密度(MVD)计数。结果门静脉压力在PHG组明显高于SO组(P<0.01),PEDF在PHG组大鼠胃壁中的表达明显低于SO组(P<0.01),MVD在PHG组明显高于SO组(P<0.01)。结论 PEDF的低度表达可能在PHG发病中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role of pigment epithelium derived factor(PEDF) in portal hypertensive gastropathy through the expression of PEDF in the gastric mucosa of portal hypertensive rats.Methods The portal hypertensive gastropathy models were established by portal vein ligation,and sham-operated rats were simultaneously as controls.At 14th day after operation,the portal vein pressure were measured.The expression of PEDF in rat stomach mucosa was detected by immunohistology and MVD was counted under CD34 staining in rat stomach mucosa.Results The PVP and MVD were higher in the portal hypertensive group than that in the sham-operated group(P <0.01).The expression level of PEDF in the portal hypertensive gastropathy group was significantly lower than that in the sham-operated group(P<0.01).Conclusions The PEDF may play an important role in the pathogenesis of portal hypertensive gastropathy.更多还原
