【摘要】 目的探讨联合用药在治疗早泄中的有效性。方法对110例早泄患者采用口服α受体阻断剂(萘哌地尔)、回春如意胶囊,局部涂抹复方利多卡因乳膏治疗,疗程8～12周,观察阴茎在阴道内射精潜伏期,并进行统计学分析。结果大多数患者治疗后阴道内射精潜伏期较治疗前明显延长,由治疗前的(0.81±0.21)min至治疗后的(3.21±0.54)min,配偶性生活满意度指标由治疗前的(1.5±0.20)分至治疗后的(4.5±0.31)分,总有效率为85.5%。结论联合用药治疗早泄有较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To explore the significance of drμg combination to treat the premature ejaculation.Methods We randomized check 110 patients with the premature ejaculation.Then we use oral Naftopidil,the Capsules of Huichunruyi and apply the Co.lidocaine Cream locally.The course of treatment is 8-12 weeks.Observate the ejaculation latent phase of the penis in the vagina and analyze it statistically.Results The ejaculation latent phase of the penis in the vagina of most patients is longer than before.The number is from(0.81±0.21)min to(3.21±0.54)min.The sexual activity satisfaction index of their mates is from(1.5±0.20) to(4.5±0.31).The gross efficiency is 85.5%.Conclusion It is efficient to use drμg combination in the treatment of the premature ejaculation.更多还原
