【摘要】 目的观察欣母沛用于治疗由宫缩乏力所致产后出血患者的疗效。方法对宫缩乏力所致产后出血的患者用常规方法治疗无效后,采用欣母沛深部肌肉注射,必要时15min后重复。结果 19例患者中,17例应用欣母沛后在30min内阴道出血减少到50ml以下,2例重复用药后在60min内出血量减少到50ml以下。结论欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血效果明显,配合有效的护理措施,能减少药物不良反应对患者的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of Hemabate on postpartum hemorrhage induced by uterine inertia.Methods The patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia who had no effect with conventional therapy were treated with Hemabate intramscular injected.The time interval of repeat applies was 15 min if necessary.Results Among 19 patients,17 cases had significant effect with vagnal bleeding less than 50ml in 30minutes;other 2 cases treated with Hemabate repeatedly had vagnal bleeding less than 50ml in 60minutes.Conclusions Hemabate has obvious effect on postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia,combing with effective nursing can attenuate the side influence on patients.更多还原
