【摘要】 目的了解药品说明书中关于孕妇用药的标注情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对某医院常用的626种药品的说明书中有关孕妇用药的标示情况进行调查统计分析。结果 626种药品中,明确标注孕妇禁用的118份,占18.8%;标注孕妇慎用的178份,占28.4%;标注不宜使用或者避免使用的73份,占11.7%;标注尚不明确或者未进行人类生殖实验所以缺乏资料的117份,占18.7%;标注遵医嘱的24份,占3.9%;标注孕妇可以安全使用的36份,占5.8%;对孕妇用药情况无说明的80份,占12.8%。结论临床药师及医生应掌握孕妇合理用药情况,避免使用禁用药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Investigation and analysis to Package inserts of drug labeled with the warning remarks for pregnant women,and to reference for patients’rational drug use.Methods 626 package inserts of drug in our Hospital were collected from the Hospital and statisticsed and analyzed.Results In 626 package inserts of drug,118 package inserts of drug were labeled with forbidden for pregnant women,accounting for 18.8%,178 package inserts of drug were labeled with cautious for pregnant women,accounting for 28.4%,73 package inserts of drug were labeled with not suitable or avoidance for pregnant women,accounting for 11.7%,117 package inserts of drug were labeled with indefinite for pregnant women,accounting for 18.7%,24 package inserts of drug were labeled with modo prescripto for pregnant women,accounting for 3.9%,36 package inserts of drug were labeled with safety for pregnant women,accounting for 5.8%,24 package inserts of drug were not labeled with any warning remarks for pregnant women,accounting for 12.8%.Conclusion We should avoid using drugs forbiddened for pregnant women.更多还原
