【摘要】 目的以术前最佳矫正视力(BCVA)作为预测术后视力的指标,用标准LASIK术后早期的三次裸眼视力(UCVA)对预测进行验证,评估该预测指标的准确性及稳定性,并分析影响预测的因素。方法采用回顾性研究,对已行标准LASIK手术的301例602眼,以术前BCVA作为术后早期UCVA的预测指标,分别与术后1d,1个月,3个月的UCVA进行对比及验证。结果 602眼中手术前预测与手术后1d,1个月,3个月的UCVA相符者分别为466眼(77.4%),456眼(75.7%),448眼(74.4%)。在<1.0预测级别中,术后1d准确率75%,1个月,3个月均为83%;1.0与1.2预测级别三次术后验证的准确率80%左右;1.5预测级别三次预测准确率在65%左右。术后三个月预测准确稳定的百分率达到85%。术前等效球镜低于-3.00D的预测准确率高于80%,术前高于-6.00D的预测准确率在70%以下;术前UCVA>0.1预测准确率高于82%,而UCVA=0.1与UCVA<0.1的准确率约为70%或以下;18～39岁年龄段的预测准确率在70%～79%之间,40岁以后的预测准确率是33.3%。结论以术前BCVA作为术后早期UCVA的预测指标在<1.0、1.0、1.2级别中预测是可取的,3个月内是稳定的。术前屈光度、术前UCVA、年龄对预测准确度有影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To validate the prediction,assess the predictors on accuracy and stability,and analyze the impact prediction factors by preoperative BCVA as a predictor of postoperative vision,with three times postoperative UCVA after standard LASIK.Methods As a predictor of early postoperative UCVA,301 cases of 602 eyes with preoperative BCVA,have been studied retrospectively,whose operations were performed with standard LASIK surgery.The observation and assessment were made on the 1st day,1 month and 3 months of postoperative in different groups of age,UCVA,preoperative spherical equivalent,respectively.Results Compared the pre-operative prediction of the 602 eyes with postoperative UCVA of 1d,1 month,3 months,respectively,and the eyes of correspond with predictor were 466(77.4%),456(75.7%),448(74.4%).At the forecast level of <1.0,the postoperative 1d accuracy of 75%,1month,3 months were 83%;1.0 and 1.2 at predicted levels,the three postoperative verify the accuracy of about 80%,and at forecast levels of 1.5,the three prediction accuracy of about 65%.The stable of prediction accuracy about 85% during the postoperative 3 months.Preoperative spherical equivalent less than-3.00D of the forecast and higher than 80%,higher than-6.00D of preoperative prediction consistent with the rate of 70% or less;preoperative UCVA>0.1 in patients with forecast and higher than 82%,UCVA=0.1 and UCVA<0.1 are consistent rate of about 70% or less.18 ～ 39 years of age,consistent with the forecast rate of between 70% ～ 79%,and the 40-year-old after the projections are consistent with rate of only 33.3%.Conclusions As a predictor of early postoperative UCVA at <1.0,1.0,1.2 predicted leveled is desirable and stable.Preoperative refraction,preoperative UCVA,influence of age on the prediction accuracy.更多还原
