【摘要】 目的探讨灯盏花注射液加大剂量纳洛酮治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法选择经头颅CT或MRI证实的76例急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组。治疗组(38例)给予灯盏花素50mg加纳洛酮4mg/d,分别加入生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注,1次/d,连用14d。对照组(38例)给予纳洛酮4mg/d,加入生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注,1次/d,连用14d。观察2组患者临床疗效及神经功能缺损改善情况,并比较血液流变学指标变化。观察记录不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组(分别为81.58%和60.53%,p<0.05)。神经功能缺损评分及血液流变学指标改善情况亦优于对照组(p<0.05)。2组不良反应差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论灯盏花素加大剂量纳洛酮对急性脑梗死有显著疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of breviscapine injection plus large dose of naloxone injection on acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 76 patients with acute cerebral infarction confirmed by brain CT or MRI were divided into two groups randomly.38 cases of treatment group was treated with naloxone injection 4mg plus breviscapine injection 50mg in saline solution,while 38 cases of control group was treated with naloxone 4mg in saline solution.After 14 days,the therapeutic effects and the clinical nervous function defect degree were observed and compared,the complications were recorded.Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group than control group (81.58% Vs 60.53%,p <0.05).Furthermore,the neurologic impairment scoring and hemodynamic indexes were improved obviously in treatment group than control group (p <0.05).There were no statistical difference in complications between two groups (p >0.05).Conclusion It provided that breviscapine injection plus large dose of naloxone injection was effective on acute cerebral infarction.更多还原
