【摘要】 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与糖尿病患者视网膜病变的相关性。方法应用ELISA检测糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者血清中VEGF水平。结果各组糖尿病患者VEGF水平均高于对照组(p<0.05),DR患者VEGF水平在患者视网膜病变的初期显著升高(p<0.01),到增殖期VEGF水平明显下降(p<0.05)。结论VEGF水平与新生血管活动呈正相关。检测DR患者VEGF水平有助于了解该病患者的病情发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and microangiopathy in diabetes mellitus.Methods The levels of serum VEGF were detected by ELISA in diabetes retinopathy(DR).Results VEGF increased significantly in the initial stage of retinopathy in DR(p <0.05).Conclusion While in the proliferative stage VEGF showed no change.Positive correlation existed between VEGF and neovascular activity.The results showed that detection of VEGF in DR was useful in the evaluation of development of DR.更多还原
