【Abstract】 Technology enterprise incubator is an important component of national innovation system,whose sustaining development is directly related to the growth of the carve-out enterprises.From the view of business mode,it interprets the business logic of incubators and their value for entrepreneurship from incubator.It advances the definition of incubator business mode(IBM),puts forward the five-factor analysis framework and the four-quadrant chart of IBM,and analyses four typical IBMs.Furthermore,it finds out that the ideal IBM is to set up the innovational ecosystem to foster entrepreneurship.Finally,it makes an empirical analysis on the thirty incubators in Shanghai.更多还原
