【摘要】 目的:建立HPLC测定理气健脾颗粒中橙皮苷的含量。方法:色谱柱:Beckman ODS C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.2%磷酸(20∶80);流速:1.0mL·min-1;检测波长:284nm。结果:橙皮苷进样量的线性范围0.040~0.40μg(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为100.49%,RSD=1.66%(n=6)。结论:本法灵敏、准确、快速,可用于理气健脾颗粒的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for determination Hesperidin in LiqiJianpi granule by HPLC.Methods:ODS C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)colum was used,mobile phrase was acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid(20∶80),flow rate was1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength at 284 nm.Results:The standard curve was linear over the range of 0.040～0.40μg with the correlation coefficient 0.999 8.The average recovery was 100.49 % with RSD=1.66 %(n=6).Conclusion:The HPLC method is sensitive,accurate and rapid.It can be used to control the quality of LiqiJianpi granule.更多还原
