二肽链键联的卟啉-蒽醌化合物及其金属配合物的合成及其对DNA断裂的性质研究
Synthesis and Cleavage Properties for DNA of a Novel Porphyrin-Anthraquinone Hybrid with Dipeptide Link and Its Metal Complex
【摘要】 采用微波辐射的方法合成了一类新型的二肽链键联的卟啉-蒽醌化合物及其金属锌配合物,用紫外-可见光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振光谱对两种新化合物的结构进行了表征.用碱裂解法提取PET28a质粒DNA,研究了两种新卟啉化合物对PET28a质粒DNA的断裂.电泳结果表明:目标化合物对DNA均有较好的断裂作用.
【Abstract】 A novel porphyrin-anthraquinone(Por-AQ) hybrid dipeptide link and its zinc complex have been synthesized on the microwave radiation,and their structures were characterized by UV-Vis,IR and 1H NMR spectra.Using the electrophoresis experiment,the binding properties of the hybrids to PET28a DNA have been investigated.The experimental results show that target compounds have cleavage properties for PET28a DNA.
