2-氰基烷氧羰基亚甲基咪唑烷衍生物的合成与生物活性的研究
Synthesis and Bioactivities of 2-Cyanoalkoxycarbonyl- methyleneimidazolidine
【摘要】 为了发现高活性除草剂或先导化合物,设计合成了20个未见文献报道的新型2-氰基烷氧羰基亚甲基咪唑烷衍生物,其结构均经过1HNMR,IR和元素分析确证.初步生物活性测试结果表明,部分化合物具有中等程度的除草活性或杀虫活性.
【Abstract】 In order to find new kinds of herbicides or insecticides, 20 new title compounds were designed and synthesized. All of them have been confirmed by 1H NMR, IR techniques and elemental analysis. Preliminary quantitative structure activity relationship (QSAR) analysis indicated that some compounds showed moderate herbicidal or insecticidal activity.
