【Abstract】 2-Methyl-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-5-(3-methoxyphenyl)isoxazoline was synthesized by 1,3-dipo-lar cycloaddition,and the Z and E isomers were separated.1H NMR spectral analysis used to characterize the cis-and trans-isomers of the spectrum behavior.Their bioactivity shows that the E isomer is effective fungicide while Z isomer is ineffective.更多还原
