硅氧烷接枝马来酸酐聚丁二烯的制备及表面能研究
Preparation of Maleic Anhydride-g-liquid Polybutadiene Grafting Siloxane and Study on its Surface Free Energy
【摘要】 以氯铂酸为催化剂,通过七甲基三硅氧烷与马来酸酐化聚丁二烯的硅氢加成反应,合成了以聚丁二烯为主链、侧链含硅氧烷和马来酸酐的改性聚丁二烯。红外光谱和1H NMR表征结果表明,聚丁二烯的双键几乎完全实现硅氧烷化;硅氧烷化树脂对水的接触角为106.3°,比改性前的83.5°提高了22.8°;树脂的表面能由接枝前的22.6 mN/m降低到10.5 mN/m,降低了54%。
【Abstract】 Maleic anhydride-g-liquid polybutadiene grafting siloxane(SiMLPB) was prepared by hydrosilylation with maleic anhydride-g-liquid polybutadiene(MALPB) and 1,1,1,3,5,5,5-heptamethyl-trisiloxane thus the modified polybutadiene could contain both maleic anhydride as its main chain and siloxane as side chain.FTIR and 1H NMR results showed that using chloroplatinic acid as a catalyst,the double bonds of polybutadiene was successfully grafted and hydrosilylation reaction was almost completed.The water contact angle of SiMLPB resin was 106.3°,which was 22° higher than that of MLPB at 83.5°.As calculated from two droplet methods,the surface free energy of the films reduced from 22.6 to 10.5 mN·m-1 after hydrosilylation.
