复吹转炉冶炼82B脱磷工艺研究与实践
Research and practice of dephosphorization process of 82B steelmaking in combined blown converter
【摘要】 在分析了复吹转炉脱磷的热力学与动力学条件的基础上,通过延长吹炼前期温度在1 400~1 500℃的冶炼时间,实现钢—渣充分脱磷、前期双渣后进行少渣冶炼、出钢碳按0.15%~0.40%控制,实现了复吹转炉吹炼前期高效脱磷,为82B系列产品批量生产提供了质量保证。
【Abstract】 Based on analysis of thermodynamic and kinetic conditions of dephosphorization in combined blown converter, by extension of initial smelting period at 1400~1500℃,fully dephosphorization between steel and slag,less slag smelting after the initial double-slag smelting,and control of 0.15%~0.40% tapping carbon,highly active dephosphorization in the initial smelting period is successfully realized to ensure quality of 82B series in batch production.
