【摘要】 目的评估维持性血液透析患者(MHD)成纤维细胞生长因子23(FGF-23)与营养不良之间的相关性。方法测定60例MHD患者血清FGF-23、1,25-二羟维生素D3[1,25-(OH)2VitD3]和人体测量学指标:体重指数(BMI),肱三头肌皮褶厚度(TSF),上臂围(MAC),上臂肌围(MAMC);同时也检测C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血浆白蛋白(ALB)、转铁蛋白(TF)、总胆固醇(TC)、肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)、血钙(Ca)、血磷(P)、全段甲状旁腺素(iPTH)、瘦素(leptin)及血红蛋白(Hb)。FGF-23与各营养指标之间的关系采用直线相关和回归分析。结果患者FGF-23与改量定量主观整体评分法(MQSGA)、P、CRP、iPTH呈正相关(P<0.05),FGF-23与BMI、TSF、MAMC、ALB、1,25-(OH)2VitD3呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 FGF-23是影响血液透析患者营养状况的重要因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between fibroblast growth factor-23(FGF-23)and nutritional status of maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.Methods Serum FGF-23,hemoglobin(Hb),intact parathyroid(iPTH),1.25(OH)2VitD3,albumin(AJB),transferrin(TF),total cholesterol(TC),creatinine(SCr),calcium,pre-dialysis BUN,phosphate(P),C-reactive protein(CRP),leptin and some other physical measurements were examined in 60 MHD patients.The relationship between FGF-23 and other items was analyzed.Results FGF-23 was positively correlated with subjective global assessment of nutrition(MQSGA),P,CRP and iPTH(P<0.05)and negatively correlated with BMI,TSF,MAMC,ALB and 1,25-(OH)2VitD3(P<0.05).Conclusion FGF-23 is one of the important factors to impact nutritional status of hemodialysis patients.更多还原
