【摘要】 目的探讨系统强化教育对门诊糖尿病患者治疗依从性和血糖控制的影响。方法 采用回顾性比较研究,对在我院糖尿病中心接受过系统强化教育患者106例(强化组)和未接受过系统强化教育患者183例(对照组)开展问卷调查,并进行相关因素分析。结果强化组患者治疗依从性显著好于对照组(P<0.01),强化组糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2-h血糖(PBG)控制情况显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论强化教育能增强门诊糖尿病患者治疗的依从性,改善血糖控制状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of intensive system education(ISE) on treatment compliance of the outpatients with diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods Questionnaires were used to investigate the 106 patients received ISE(group A)and 183 cases(group B) who did not receive ISE in the Diabetes Center of our hospital.The contrast studies were carried out.Results The treatment compliance was better in group A than that in group B.The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin 1c(HbA1c),fasting blood glucose(FBG) and post meal 2-h blood glucose(PBG) of the patients in group A were superior to that in group B. Conclusions ISE could enhance the tratment compliance of the outpatients with DM and impoprove the outcomes in controlling blood glucose.更多还原
