【摘要】 目的评价新辅助化疗在妇科恶性肿瘤治疗中的有效性。方法以紫杉醇联合顺铂或卡铂术前对28例局部晚期宫颈癌及16例晚期大量腹水的卵巢癌患者行1～2疗程的新辅助化疗,评价其有效性。结果 28例宫颈癌患者中,完全缓解(CR)4例,部分缓解(PR)18例,临床总有效率78.6%;16例卵巢癌患者化疗后腹水明显减少。结论术前新辅助化疗对局部晚期宫颈癌治疗安全有效,对于合并大量腹水的卵巢癌患者可以减少或消退腹水,创造手术机会。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of gynecological malignance.Methods Neoadjuvent chemotherapy with paclitaxel and cisplatin or carboplatin were carried out in 28 patients with locally advanced cervical cancinoma and 16 patients with advanced ovarian cancer with massive ascites.The efficacy was analyzed.Results In 28 patients of cervical cancinoma,4 cases were CR,18 cases were PR,the total effective rate was 78.6%.The ascites of 16 patients with ovarian cancer was diminished maekedly after chemotherapy.ConclusionPreoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy is effective and safe in the treatment of gynecological malignance.更多还原
