正常大鼠及双足鼠腰椎(L3-6)三维数字化建模
3D Digital Modeling of Lumbar From Normal and Upright Rat
【摘要】 目的:建立精确的正常大鼠与双足鼠腰椎(L3-L6)三维数字化模型,为腰椎损伤的生物力学分析提供形态结构基础。方法:选择正常大鼠与双足鼠各一只,采用Mic ro CT对大鼠脊柱腰椎(L3-L6)扫描;通过Mimics软件对层厚为0.0234mm的断层图像进行分析、阈值分割、轮廓提取并表面重建;应用Geomagic逆向工程软件进行面片清理优化,转换为IGES文件格式输出保存。结果:所建立的正常大鼠与双足鼠L3-L6段腰椎骨具有清晰、真实的解剖学形态,双足鼠下腰椎间盘高度较正常大鼠变窄,椎体前缘出现唇缘样增生,双足鼠腰椎段的三维模型较正常大鼠略凸向左侧。结论:高分辨率扫描重建的大鼠L3-L6段腰椎骨三维数字化模型,有较高的真实性和精确度,可以用于大鼠腰椎三维形态结构测量,尤其能反映出双足鼠腰椎形态及椎间隙的改变,有助于了解不同力学行为下的应力分布特性,并可进一步探讨其改变力学机理。
【Abstract】 Objective:To create accurate 3D digital models of lumbar(L3-L6) from normal and upright rat and build the foundation for further FE analysis.Methods:Use Micro CT to scan the lumbar spines(L3-L6) of normal and upright rat,then rebuild the data in Mimics and export to Geomagic.After repair the surfaces,export and save the data in IGES format.Results:The feasible and reliable models are rebuilt showing the accurate anatomical shape and could be transform to FE models in Abaqus.The height of disc from rat in upright stance is shorter than normal rat and hyperplasia is found in the anterior part of lumbar.Conclusion:The models from high resolution data is accurate and reliable and could be used for measurement and analysis for further biomechanical study.
