涤纶织物掺杂La3+的TiO2/SiO2水溶胶抗静电整理

【摘要】 采用掺La3+-TiO2/SiO2复合水溶胶对涤纶织物进行抗静电整理。测试了整理后织物的感应电压、半衰期和摩擦电荷面密度,优化了整理工艺,并探讨了掺La3+-TiO2/SiO2复合水溶胶的抗静电机理。结果显示,TiO2/SiO2复合水溶胶整理涤纶织物的抗静电性能大大提高,不同配比TiO2/SiO2复合水溶胶整理织物的抗静电效果差别不大;掺杂La3+的复合水溶胶能进一步提高涤纶织物的抗静电性能;当水溶胶的浓度为0.1 mol/L以上,掺La3+量为0.3%,采用轧烘沸煮工艺,涤纶织物的抗静电性能最佳,织物经20次皂洗后仍具有一定的抗静电性能。

【Abstract】 Antistatic finish was carried out on polyester fabric with La3 +-dopped TiO2/SiO 2 sol.Finishing process was optimized by assessing antistatic effect with induced voltage,half-life and electric charge density,and antistatic mechanism of La3 +-dopped TiO2/SiO 2 nanosol was discussed.Results showed that antistatic property of polyester fabric treated with TiO2/SiO2 sol increased obviously;ratio of TiO2 to SiO2 had little influence on antistatic performance,while La3 +dopping could improve antistatic property further;polyester fabric treated with TiO2/SiO 2 sol 0.1 mol / L or more,La3 +-dopping 0.3% and pad-dry-boiling process,had the optimal antistatic property which could be still remained after 20 times laundering.
