热解闭聚氨酯抗皱整理剂的制备与应用

【摘要】 采用端羟基聚丁二烯、三羟甲基丙烷、异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯和甲乙酮肟等为主要原料,合成热解闭型聚氨酯抗皱整理剂,并采用浸轧或涂层工艺对棉织物进行整理。试验结果表明,甲乙酮肟为可挥发的液体,解闭温度为130~135℃,比较适宜作封闭剂;三羟甲基丙烷用量宜控制在5%左右;棉织物经聚氨酯浸轧或涂层整理后,平挺度可达3.5级或更高,强力损失相对较小。

【Abstract】 Choosing hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene,trimethylolpropane,isophorone diisocyanate and methyl ethyl ketone as major raw materials,heat-unblock polyurethane anti-crease agent was synthesized.It was applied to cotton fabric by dip padding or coating methods.Results showed that methyl ethyl ketone was a suitable blocking agent because its pyrogenic temperature was 130~135 ℃ and it was volatile liquid,the optimum dosage of trimethylolpropane was about 5%.Cotton fabrics treated by the synthesized polyurethane reached more than 3.5 anti-crease grades and less strength loss than normal.
