血管内皮生长因子在围植入期小鼠子宫内膜中的表达
Expression of vascual endothelial growth factor in the peri-implanation mouse endometrium
【摘要】 目的观察血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在围植入期小鼠子宫内膜的表达分布状况和规律。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测妊娠3~6d昆明小鼠围植入期子宫内膜VEGF的表达情况,并以动情期未孕小鼠子宫做对照。结果在小鼠子宫内膜中可检测到VEGF的表达,其表达具有时间特异性和细胞特异性。孕3d,VEGF在子宫内膜的腔上皮和基质细胞中呈弱表达;孕4~5d,VEGF在基质细胞和腔上皮上表达最强;孕6d,VEGF表达较强,但主要表达于蜕膜细胞。结论围植入期小鼠子宫内膜持续表达VEGF,且在植入前后表达最强,提示VEGF可能在小鼠胚胎的植入过程中发挥重要作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and distribution of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and its rule in the peri-implantation mouse endometrium.Methods Immunohistochemical SP staining method was used to detected the expression of VEGF in mouse endometrium on day 3~6 of pregnancy and the unpregnant mouse endometrium(estrous stage)were selected as controls.Results Immunoreactive VEGF was detected throughout the mouse endometrial tissue,and the expression was in time-specific and cell-specific.During the pregnancy of day 3,the expression was detected weakly in luminal epithelium and endometrial stromal cells.Day 4~5,VEGF in stromal cells and luminal epithelium expressed the strongest.On day 6,VEGF expression was stronger,but mainly expressed in decidua cells.Conclusion VEGF express continuously in mouse endometrium during day 3~6 of pregnancy,and the strongest expression is before and after the implantation.It suggests that VEGF might play an key role in the process of the mouse embryo implantation.
