胶含量对CF/BF复合材料性能的影响

【摘要】 制备了碳纤维/玄武岩纤维(CF/BF)增强酚醛树脂复合材料,研究了复合材料层合板不同胶含量对其层间剪切强度、热传导和耐烧蚀性能的影响。结果表明:CF/BF复合材料,在胶的体积分数为35%时,复合材料经纬向层间剪切强度达到最大值21和20 MPa;在胶的体积分数为39.5%处,热导率和线烧蚀率出现最低值0.366 W/(m.K)和87μm/s。CF/BF混杂纤维复合材料性能符合混杂纤维复合材料性能混杂效应规律。

【Abstract】 Carbon fiber(CF)/basalt fiber(BF) hybrid fibers plain fabric reinforced phenolic resin composite was synthesized.The composite laminates were tested and the interlaminate shear strength,thermal properties and ablation behaviors were studied by adjusting its resin content.The testing results indicated that the CF/BF hybrid fiber reinforced composites combined the advantages of both carbon fiber and basalt fiber.When resin content is 35%,the composite performance reach extreme value:warp and weft interlayer shear strength are 21 MPa and 20 MPa.When resin content is 39.5%,thermal conductivity and linear ablation rate are 0.366 W/(m·K) and 87 μm/s respectively.The properties of new composites has complied with the rules of hybrid effect.
