【摘要】 采用个人访谈法和文本分析法,在综合查阅有关医学八年制发展的各种文献的基础上,根据研究需要深入访谈复旦大学、交通大学、南方医科大学等开设医学八年制高校的5名八年制医学生、2名七年制医学生和交通大学1名从事医学八年制的行政管理人员。在此基础上,得出以下结论:医学八年制的培养目标有待明确;新型教学模式有待完善;课程安排不尽合理;发展潜力较大。更多还原

【Abstract】 By adopting personal interview and literature analysis method,based on the various literature concerning the development of eight-year training system of medicine in our country,the authors investigated some students and administrative managers,concluding that the training aim of eight-year training system of medicine remains to be made clear,that the new teaching model remains to be perfected,that the course arrangement is not rational and that the development potential is big.更多还原
