【摘要】 目的分析2008年北京市急性出血性结膜炎的发病情况。方法利用国家疾病报告管理信息系统及现场调查资料,对急性出血性结膜炎进行流行病学分析。结果2008年北京市急性出血性结膜炎流行态势平稳,有明显的季节性,近郊区县报告病例数较多,各年龄组、各类人群均可发病。结论急性出血性结膜炎暴发流行的条件仍存在,应着重提高就诊率和接诊医生的健康教育意识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The epidemic situation of acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis(AHC)in Beijing was analyzed to improve current measures of prevention and control.Methods Using the data from National Diseases Reporting Information System,the epidemiological features of AHC were analyzed.Results The incidence of AHC in Beijing was low in 2008.The epidemic had obvious seasonality with high incidence in summer and fall.The incidence in suburb was higher.Any age group and any population were susceptible.Conclusion The probability of AHC outbreak still exists.It is necessary to improve medical seeking rate of the patients and encourage doctors to give health advise to these patients.更多还原
