【摘要】 胆皮口缝合术坏死性瘘管引流道的基数引流系数为0.82,每只每日胆粉均值为5.91.据某场9年的胆粉总产量年均值为51 328 g,每只每日均值为7.36 g,胆粉率为14.41%,引流系数为0.95.此种引流道靠重复手术,将胆粉日均值提高到1.45 g/只,其增加的幅度为基数的24.53%,引流系数提高到12%.经取胆前3年与后3年,胆粉产量低产月与高产月的统计及观察发现一些规律性问题.更多还原

【Abstract】 Base drainage coefficient of necrotic fistula drainage channel by suturing bilis and skin opening is 0.82,bile powder daily average per bear is 5.91 g.On a bear farm,annual average output of bile powder in 9 year was 51 328 g,daily average each bear was 7.36 g,bile powder rate is 14.41%,the drainage coefficient is 0.95.Such drainage channel by repeated surgery,bile powder daily average increased to 1.45 g per bear,and increasing range of the base drainage coefficient is 24.53%,the drainage coefficient increased to 12%.Comparison of bile powder output of the previous three years and the first three years,by statistical analysis and observation,we detected regularity problem and draw some conclusions.更多还原
