【摘要】 目的:研究西酞普兰治疗年青女性首发抑郁症的有效性及安全性。方法:采用随机、单盲对照法,将120例18~35岁的首发抑郁症女性患者分为西酞普兰组和阿米替林组,疗程8周。结果:西酞普兰组显效率为59.7%,有效率为87.1%;阿米替林组显效率为60.3%,有效率为86.2%,两药差异无显著性(P·0.05)。治疗第2周末,西酞普兰组的HAMD减分率高于阿米替林组(t=2.68,P·0.05)。治疗第4周末始,西酞普兰组的TESS评分低于阿米替林组,两药差异有显著性(P·0.05)。结论:西酞普兰治疗年青女性首发抑郁症有效且不良反应较少,依从性好,耐受性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the efficacy and tolerability of citalopram as compared with amitriptyline in treating the young women with first-episode depression.Methods:A random,single blind study was conducted in 120 first-episode depressive patients aged 18~35 years.The patients were assigned to receiving citalopram or amitriptyline treatment for 8 weeks.The efficacy was evaluated with the Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(HAMD),the safe was evaluated with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS) and laboratory test data were recorded as well.Results:The citalopram group of marked improvement rate was 59.7% and effective rate was 87.1%;the amitriptyline group of marked improvement rate was 60.3% and effective rate was 86.2%.Both groups had mild adverse effects(p>0.05).At the end of weeks 2,The score of HAMD was reduced more in citalopram group than in amitriptyline group Beginning the end of weeks 4,the score of TESS in citalopram group lower than in amitriptyline group,both groups different significantly(p<0.05).Conclusion:Citalopram is effective and safe in treatment of the young women depression patients.更多还原
