【摘要】 调查研究表明,我国农村图书馆发展中的主要问题是:农村图书馆地理分布极不平衡;农村图书馆建设基础薄弱,总体水平低;农村图书馆资金投入连续性差;农村图书馆专业管理队伍严重缺乏;农村图书馆管理体制缺失与领导意识淡漠并存。解决农村图书馆发展问题的对策是:制定管理法规,理顺管理体制,从制度层面确立农村图书馆的地位;发挥非基层图书馆对农村的帮扶作用;建立激励机制,创造农村图书馆建设良好舆论氛围。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the investigations,the main problems of rural libraries in China are found below.The distribution of rural libraries is unbalanced,its basic construction is poor,investment in it is un-continuous,both of professional contingent and running system of it are short,and the consciousness of leaderships in the rural areas for rural library is indifferent.The article put forward three countermeasures to deal with above-mentioned problems.First,carry out legislations and management regulations for rural library.Second,set up the help-system between rural library and non-rural library.Third,make the positive public opinion for rural library by incentive mechanism.更多还原
