【摘要】 [目的]探讨桃仁乙醇提取物对小鼠出血时间和凝血时间的影响.[方法]取小鼠随机分为对照组、桃仁乙醇提取物大、中、小(2.4,1.2,0.6g/kg)剂量组,分别给予相应药物,15d后采用玻片法、毛细玻管法及断尾法测定小鼠凝血时间及出血时间.[结果]桃仁乙醇提取物大、中剂量组小鼠出血时间和凝血时间均明显延长.[结论]桃仁乙醇提取物具有抗凝血作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the effects of the ethanol extract of Semen persicae for bleeding time and coagulation time in mice.METHODS The mice were randomly divided into control group and large,middle and small dosages of ethanol extract of Semen persicae(2.4,1.2,0.6 g/kg)groups,and administrated with the extract for 15 days,and the bleeding time and coagulation time were detected by the methods of grass,capillary and cutting tail.RESULTS The bleeding time and coagulation time were more longer in the groups of large and middle dosages of ethanol extract of Semen persicae than in the control group.CONCLUSION The ethanol extract of Semen persicae has the effects of anti-coagulation.更多还原
