【摘要】 目的探讨高压氧对颅脑损伤的治疗效果.方法在常规药物及手术治疗基础上,将107例颅脑损伤患者随机分为两组,高压氧治疗组(HBO组)及非高压氧治疗组(对照组),对比两组在治疗效果上的差异.结果HBO组总有效率91%,对照组总有效率78.4%,两组在治疗效果上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论高压氧在治疗颅脑损伤中具有促醒、改善症状、缩短病程、提高生活质量、减少后遗症的优点,疗效与疗程和治疗时机密切相关.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Investigating the cure effect of craniocerebral injury with hyperbaric oxygen.Method On the basis of routine medicine cure and operation cure,107 craniocerebral injury cases are divided into two groups in random way:hyperbaric oxygen group(HBO group) and non ~hyperbaric oxygen group(comparing group),and their differences on cure effect will be compared.Result The efficiency of HBO group is 91 percent and the comparing group is 78.4 percent.The difference of cure effect has statistics significance(P<0.05).Conclusion To cure craniocerebral injury patients with hyperbaric oxygen has the advantages of resuscitating therapy,improving symptoms,shortening operation time,improving quality and reducing sequela.The effect has key relationship with curing process and curing moment.更多还原
