【摘要】 目的观察温经散结汤治疗慢性盆腔炎寒湿淤结型患者的临床疗效.方法以自拟温经散结汤治疗慢性盆腔炎寒湿瘀结型患者60例,A组—温经散结汤灌肠组30例,B组—温经散结汤口服治疗30例.结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为86.67%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05).结论运用温经散结汤治疗慢性盆腔炎寒湿瘀结型患者疗效显著,能改善局部体征及全身症状,中药灌肠组疗效优于中药口服组.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the temperature and the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by Sanjie Tang junction alpine deposition in patients with clinical efficacy.Methods:A self-temperature treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by Sanjie Tang junction alpine Stasis 60 patients,A Group:Wenjing Sanjie Decoction 30 cases,B:oral treatment tempera-ture by 30 cases Sanjie Tang.Results:The total effective rate was 93.33% in the control group,the total effective rate was 86.67%,a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion:The use of warm soup after Sanjie the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in patients with alpine Stasis junction effect is significant,can improve the local signs and systemic symptoms,Chinese medicine enema group more effective than oral administration of Chinese medicine group.更多还原
