【摘要】 合成了新显色剂1-(4,5-二甲氧基-2-苯甲酸)-3-(4-硝基苯)-三氮烯(简称DMBANPT),并研究了它与镉(Ⅱ)的显色反应.实验表明,在Triton X-100存在下,于pH 9.2的NH3-NH4Cl缓冲介质中,DMBANPT与镉(Ⅱ)形成3:1的红色络合物,其最大吸收波长为530 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.96×105 L/(mol.cm).镉(Ⅱ)含量在0~10μg/25 mL范围内符合比尔定律.用拟定方法测定废水中的微量镉,结果满意.

【Abstract】 A new reagent 1-(4,5-dimethoxy-2-benzoicacid)-3-(4-nitrophenyl)-triazene(DMBANPT) has been synthesized and the color reaction of DMBANPT with Cadmium(Ⅱ) has been studied.At the presence of Triton X-100,the reagent reacts with Cadmium(Ⅱ) to form a red complex with the molar ratio of 3:1 in pH 9.2 NH3-NH4Cl buffer solution.The maximum absorbtion of the complex is at 530 nm,and the apperent molar absorbtivity is 1.96 ×105 L /(mol.cm.) Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0~10 μg/25 mL for Cadmium(Ⅱ).The method has been applied to determine cadmium(Ⅱ) in waste water with satisfactory results.
