三贴近思想对护理指导院外脑卒中病人的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨脑卒中患者在院外的康复过程中运用三贴近思想的护理指导疗效和意义。方法选取我院神经内科2009年1月~2009年12月收住的126例脑卒中患者,选出120例患者为院外的临床资料,分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例),对照组患者进行常规的康复护理,未做其他特殊处理,治疗组患者在康复过程中应用三贴近思想实施护理指导,连续护理康复6个月,比较两组患者的康复疗效。结果在6个月之后,两组患者应用Fug-Meye运动功能评分系统与ADL评分系统进行评分,治疗组患者的恢复明显优于对照组,疗效显著,两组患者疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者及家属均感到满意。结论在院外脑卒中患者的康复过程中应用三贴近思想原则护理指导工作,临床康复效果好,患者及其家属感到满意,值得临床推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects and significance of nursing instruction of three close thinking in stroke patients who were in rehabilitation process outside hospital. Methods In the 126 stroke patients admitted to department of neurology in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2009,120 patients selected for the hospital’s clinical data were divided into the treatment group(60 cases) and control group(60 cases) ,the control group was given the routine care of rehabilitation,without any other special treatment,the treatment group was applied three close thinking to implement care and guidance in the rehabilitation process for 6 months,the rehabilitation efficacy in the two groups were compared. Results After 6 months,by using the Fug-Meye motor function scoring system and ADL scoring system,the recovery of treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,the effect had statistically significant differences between the two groups(P <0.05) ,the patients and their families were satisfied. Conclusion By the application of three close thinking to implement care and guidance in stroke patients who were in rehabilitation process outside hospital,there is good clinical rehabilitation effect,the patients and their families are satisfied,so it deserves clinical application.
