【摘要】 目的总结3例恶性肿瘤病人临终关怀与护理。方法针对临终患者的心理变化做好相应的心理护理,并根据病情变化做好病人疼痛护理、皮肤护理、饮食护理等。结果 3例临终病人在有限的时光内安详舒适没有遗憾地度过人生的最后时光。结论临终关怀与护理可以减少病人的痛苦,增加病人的舒适感,提高病人的生命质量,维护病人的尊严。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize three malignant tumor patients’ hospitalpice and nursing care. Methods Doing well the psycho-logical nursing corresponding to dying patients’ psychological changes,and the pain care,skin care,diet care with changes of the patients’ conditions. Results Three dying patients enjoyed themselves as comfortable as well in the last time of life with nothing regrettably. Conclu-sion Hospitalpice and nursing care can reduce the pain,increase comfort,enhance QOL and protect dignity of the patients.更多还原
