【摘要】 目的探讨湿润烧伤膏治疗老年人尿布皮炎的临床效果。方法将2005年2月至2007年12月收治的尿布皮炎老年患者86例随机分为观察组和对照组,在常规治疗的基础上,观察组外涂湿润烧伤膏,对照组外涂红霉素软膏,比较两组的疗效。结果观察组总有效率为100%,对照组为86%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论湿润烧伤膏治疗老年人尿布皮炎操作简单,使用方便,疗效显著,易于临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of moist burn ointment for the treatment of diaper dermatitis in senile patients. Methods 86 senile diaper dermatitis patients received from Feb. 2005 to Dec. 2007 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Based on routine treatment,the patients in observation group were treated with moist burn ointment external application,while the patients in control group were treated with erythromycin ointment,to compare the the curative effects between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 100% in observation group and 86% in control group with significant difference(P <0.05) . Conclusion Using moist burn ointment for the treatment of diaper dermatitis in senile patients has advantages of simple operation,convenient usage,significant therapeutic effect and being easy for clinical expansion.更多还原
