罗氏内异方对子宫内膜异位症模型大鼠内膜组织形态学的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨罗氏内异方对子宫内膜异位症模型大鼠内膜组织形态学的影响及作用机制。方法自体组织移植法建立大鼠子宫内膜异位症模型,将造模成功大鼠随机分为罗氏内异方组、达那唑组、模型组,大体及光镜下观察异位及在位内膜组织形态的变化。结果大体观察可见,罗氏内异方和达那唑均能抑制内异症大鼠异位内膜的生长。光镜观察结果显示,罗氏内异方组和达那唑组均见异位内膜呈萎缩性改变,异位内膜腺体数目变少,腺腔变小。但罗氏内异方治疗组中在位子宫内膜与正常内膜基本相同,而达那唑组中在位子宫内膜呈萎缩性改变。结论罗氏内异方能明显抑制异位内膜生长,阻止新血管的形成,抑制炎症反应,但不会改变在位子宫内膜组织细胞的生长特性。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of Luoshi Neiyi Recipe on the endometrial morphology of endometriosis rat model and its mechanism.Methods Divided the endometriosis rat models which were made by autologous tissue transpoantation into three groups at random:Luoshi Neiyi Recipe group,danazol group and model group.The morphology changes of ectopic and eutopic endometrium both under general view and light microscope were observed.Results General observation showed that both Luoshi Neiyi Recipe and danazol could inhibite the growth of ectopic endometrium in endometriosis rat models.Light microscope observation showed that atropic changes,fewer glands and smaller lumina of ectopic endometrium could be seen in both Luoshi Neiyi Recipe group and danazol group,however,eutopic endometrium in Luoshi Neiyi Recipe group was basicly the same as nomal endometrium,while that in danazol group was atrophic.Conclusions Luoshi Neiyi Recipe can remarkably restrain the growth of ectopic endometrium,prevent the formation of new blood vessels and prohibit inflammatory response,while the growth characteristics of eutopic endometrial cells stay the same.
